Group Headshot Sessions - Easy Scheduling

If you’ve never organized a group headshot session before, it can be easy to underestimate the importance of smooth logistics.

If you have done this before, then you probably know how quickly things can derail with poor planning or an inefficient photographer!

Online Scheduling

We don’t want you to stress about organizing schedules, tracking people down, or managing already-busy calendars, so we offer a simple way to handle scheduling for you.

Once your day and time are booked, we create a custom signup page that you can share as a link.

Individuals are taken to online scheduler to choose from a list of available time slots. At that point, they can also select whether they would like to opt in for hair and makeup if this option was included in the booking.

Confirmation

Upon booking, individuals receive email confirmation along with a link to our prep guide which contains all the information they’ll need to prepare:

– Wardrobe tips
– Hair and makeup considerations
– General best practices for headshots

We understand how important these images become over the next few years — and at the same time, how little practice most people have when it comes to doing the thing. So included on the prep guide is an open invitation for all individuals to reach out ahead of time with any questions or concerns.
