State Street Headshots is located in downtown Chicago's Loop, conveniently accessible to professionals working throughout the city. We offer individual headshot sessions and group photography in our studio, as well as on-location corporate headshots at offices, conferences, and events.

Yes. We photograph individuals, small teams, and large organizations, either at our Chicago studio or on location at your office. Whether you're updating a few employee headshots one by one, or coordinating a headshot day for an entire company, we can help create a consistent, professional look across your team.

Yes. We work with executives and professionals who generally have meetings before and after their time slot. Our process is designed to be quick and efficient without sacrificing quality, and we can work with you on ways to save time depending on your specific situation.

Our 60-minute Express Session is designed for professionals who need just a couple new headshots, and no hair & makeup. Our Full Individual Session provides up to four hours for greater creative flexibility, including additional wardrobe changes, backgrounds, lighting setups, and expressions. Both include personalized coaching and in-session image review, but even if you do not need a large collection of images, the full session might be worth it simply to give you more time to try different looks. We often see people loving how an outfit translates in the headshot crop that they didn’t even know for sure they wanted to bring.

Bring clothing that reflects your profession, personality, and how you'd like to present yourself. We recommend having multiple options, including different jackets, shirts, and accessories. We'll help you decide what photographs best, and wardrobe changes are welcome throughout your session. Yes. Professional hair and makeup services are available for $300. This optional service is not required but encouraged as it will help give you a better idea of the finished results, without having to see the retouching itself.

Absolutely. You'll review your images throughout the session, allowing us to make adjustments to expressions, positioning, lighting, and other details before continuing. This not only helps build your confidence, but allows us to refine what we like and steer away from preferences and poses you don’t like as much.

Of course! Professional retouching is as much a part of the finished image as the lighting. Our style of retouching is meant to add polish, while maintaining a natural appearance, so you never look “AI” but you always look flawless.

Yes. In addition to photographing individual team members, we offer two ways to create group portraits. Group portraits can be created by photographing individuals one by one, then photoshopping the individual portraits into a composited group, or by capturing everyone together. Both options are available in our Chicago studio or at your office, depending on your team's size and needs.

Sessions may be rescheduled as often as needed with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. We also offer one complimentary reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, provided you contact us before your scheduled start time. After that exception has been used, any late rescheduling or cancellation results in forfeiture of the session fee. No-shows always result in forfeiture of the session fee and are not eligible for rescheduling or credit.

Delivery times depend on the size of your order. Larger corporate headshot and group photography projects are typically delivered within 10 business days. For a smaller order, turnaround can be within 3 days, depending on any other projects going on. Rush delivery is available for $50/image and will be sent back within 24 hours.
